Our products are manufactured in a small workshop in Šluknovský výběžek in northern Bohemia.
When will I receive my order?
We will try to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information. If the product is not in stock, we will manufacture it directly for you within 2 to 4 weeks of ordering.
How much is postage?
Shipping is already included in the final price of the product, we won't lie to you that it's free.
What are the conditions for returning goods?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If that's not the case, let us know and we'll work it out together.
